GENERAL RETURNS

Mattress

Cancellation of purchase must be notified to Merit after-sales service by telephone or email within 24 hours of receiving the goods and filling out a referral form on the website.

Cancellation of purchase and referral request applies to items that have not been opened and that there has been no interference or seizure. Unpacking the original packaging, seals, labels and even nylon vacuum will eliminate the possibility of referral even if the product is unused.

Since Merritt is an online retailer website, the right to return the goods is solely the customer’s or consumer’s terms. (Ordering a product in quantity is contrary to the intent of the buyer and does not include the right to refund).

Returns of goods are subject to confirmation by the after-sales service expert only if the goods are unopened, in their original condition (sealed), unused, and dispatched with all essentials and accompanying items. Also, if the item is sold with the gift, it is also necessary to return the gift with it. 

Please note that any change in the original condition of the product will eliminate the possibility of using this service even in packaging.

Pillows and Accessories

Should you wish to return your pillow(s) and receive a refund you must ensure that the following conditions have been met:

The pillow bag has not been opened
The pillow(s) have not been used
Your original receipt has been printed off and included with your returned pillow(s)
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the pillow
We reserve the right to refuse a return if your pillow(s) are marked or soiled
Should you wish to return your accessories (sheets, pillow cases, duvet, duvet set, and mattress protector) and receive a refund you must ensure that the following conditions have been met:

The accessory bags have not been opened
The accessories have not been used
Your original receipt has been printed off and included with your returned products
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order
We reserve the right to refuse a return if your accessories are marked or soiled
Please be aware that you are responsible for arranging the collection and return of your pillow(s) and or accessories to our warehouse. Once your returned pillow(s) and or accessories have arrived at our warehouse they will be assessed by our team, at which point a final decision will be made regarding whether a refund will be issued. Returning Outside the Returns Period

Cancellation of purchase must be notified to Merit after-sales service by telephone or email within 24 hours of receiving the goods and filling out a referral form on the website. If your purchase is returned outside of the returns period, either by post or courier, we reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full. We may instead return your purchase to you. Prior to sending it, you will be charged the delivery fee applicable to the products and your location.

Proof of Purchase

No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt of purchase.

Promotional Discounts & Refunds

If you used a promotional discount when paying for your order, the discount is applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted amount.

REFUNDS

When will I be refunded?

When the item is returned, after verification and confirmation by the after-sales service unit, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within within 72 hours. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for your bank to credit your account. We do not take responsibility, nor are we liable for, any bank charges you may incur during the refund process.

RESOLVING YOUR DISPUTE

If you have made a complaint and have exhausted all the options provided by us at Merit, or you are not satisfied with the resolution we have provided, you may wish to use the Alternative Dispute Resolution Service. Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.

PILLOW AND BEDDING PROMOTIONS

Merit Pillow has a retail value of 8,500,000 Rials.
Free pillows are not transferrable.
No cash equivalent or other alternative is available in whole or in part.
Delivery lead-time subject to availability.
Should you return items on your order following delivery, which removes your order from qualifying for this promotion, the cost of the pillows will be deducted from the value of your refund if you should choose to keep them. In order to get a full refund, all promotional pillows must be returned.
Please be aware that you are responsible for arranging the collection and return of your promotional pillow(s) and or accessories (at your cost) to our warehouse.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
